As far as I know, the colony Myrmecos photographed is the only one that has ever been kept alive for any time in captivity. He may be able to add a little.Anyone who wishes to say about this genus...

What else can I add? Colony size was relatively small, perhaps around 100 workers total, although I have no idea whether or not the captive ants were a complete colony or just a fragment. The ants...
